Returns and Refunds


In cases where the product arrives defective, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to submit the incident to the following email :

Once this time has passed, we cannot offer you a return or refund of the product.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

You must also keep the original packaging.

To complete your refund, we need the receipt or proof of purchase that we previously sent to your email.

Once the incident procedure is opened, our team will contact you in less than 24 hours.

Our team will indicate the procedure to follow for shipping the product.

Shipping costs to return your item are the responsibility of the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned.

We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

After the refund is approved and you do not receive it within 5 business days, check your bank account.

If you have already done so and have not yet received your refund, you can contact us by writing to to resolve it as soon as possible.

Sale items

Only normal priced items can be refunded.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded due to financial adjustments.


We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
